Editing Green Screen Images with Image Editor

In photography industry, the green screen technology is being extensively used now-a-days. It is an advanced technique that enables the photographers to replace background image in the photo with an altogether different image. The technique has brought great changes in photography and enhanced the scope of creating beautiful photographs. There are advanced tools and programs available that can be utilized to edit green screen images in order to replace it with another catchy and suitable image according to the requirement. The process of image editing can be smoothly used to apply different effects to the pictures to make them appear impressive and attractive. To use this process, a blue / green cloth can be used at the subject’s background. This cloth has to be ironed in a perfect manner to ensure that there are no crushes and folds; else it will create a problem in image masking. There may be a question arising in your mind that why only green / blue cloth? Well, there are 2 reasons for it – first, these two colors green and blue are farthest from the color of human’s skin; second, these colors are sensitive to lenses of the camera.

Next important thing to be kept in consideration for proper image editing is that the lighting system needs to be right and apt in order to remove any shadows on the clothes or face of the subject. Flood lights can be used for the process, since these lights have amber gels and butterfly sheets and they can produce any required effect in the photo.

If you go for advanced image / video editing software applications, you can give many transition and visual effects to your images. Sound or music effects can also be applied to make impressive and attractive presentations. Thus, you can make very beautiful videos and images for your audiences and take technology of green screen images to a next level.
